You are solely responsible for the content you generate using Prysh.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to all content (text, images, logos, etc.) you upload
• Your inputs do not violate any laws or third-party rights

We are not responsible for verifying ownership of user-provided content.

Prysh uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

• Outputs may not always be accurate, unique, or error-free
• We do not guarantee ad performance, engagement, or business outcomes
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before use

Prysh acts solely as a tool to assist in content creation.

• You retain ownership of the final content generated using our platform, subject to these Terms
• Prysh retains all rights to its technology, models, platform, and software

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our services.

• Certain features may require payment or subscription
• Pricing, usage limits, and credits will be defined on the platform
• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

Our platform may rely on third-party services and APIs.

We are not responsible for:

• Downtime or errors caused by third-party providers
• Any loss resulting from such disruptions

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Prysh shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• This includes loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the past 3 months

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi / Gurgaon, India.
